Domain

The story of LoveParody.NET began in August of 2009, where I suddenly began getting bored of my previous domain, Twilight-Rain.ORG, and wanted to start fresh. It is hosted by the trendy Serenity-Skies.NET owned by my friend, Chrizta. The name was bought in GoDaddy and the purpose of this jumbling mess is to be the home to all my sites dedicated to video game and anime/manga series that I enjoy.

The name chosen for this site, LoveParody, is still an unknown origin. Chrizta and I were just mix and matching words from our music playlists and the next thing we knew, ta-dah! LoveParody.NET is born!

As for the second name, the Modern Romance Network, my first choice for a site name was that, but seeing as how it was already taken I just settled for LoveParody. I'm still very attached to the name (which originated from a Yeah Yeah Yeahs song), so I decided to just keep it as my secondary name. And well, I do admit it is rather useless to keep a second name, but my philosophy is: as long as it doesn't require any cash, why not take it?
